Typing a document in practice using paper sizes vary according to the such needs. Commonly, paper size used are A4, F4 and Letter. But sometimes we are faced with a job its need making page with a specific paper size but it is not contained in the list of papers used in MS Word 2010. This happens, depending on the printer software that is used, sometimes the size of paper that we need is not on hand.
How to customize paper size in ms word?
Create your own paper size is part of page setup settings in addition to the margin settings. To achieve good results document typing and accurate results as printed eventually, the paper size that are used in ms word 2010 must exactly match paper size in reality that will be used.The printer will never know in common sizes of paper in ms word and paper sizes in reality.
It must have created customize paper size in ms word.
Go to the menu tab Page Layout, on Page Setup ribbon, click menu toolbar Size, then underneath click More Paper Sizes ... it opens the Page Setup dialog box exposed on position tab Paper. In Paper Size, there are facilities to look at the size of paper used. On section Width and Height adjust it with change in the value of real paper size used. For example, fill Width: 21,59 cm; Height: 33,02.
When the document will be printed, choose the same paper size on settings.
These methods also apply to customizes paper size in MS Word 2007.
